"Love this hotel. I stay in it everytime I go to New Haven. The rooms are great, the staff is friendly and super helpful. It's close to things in the city. Highly recommend."

"Rooms were not cleaned at all. Floors were filthy and sticky. The pull out couch mattress had very questionable stains all over it. The bed had hair and stains under the covers. The restroom floor was dirty and had hair. The only good thing was they changed out our towels daily. Breakfast was decent. Motorcycles were extremely loud at nights"

"There are a lot of added expenses such as you had to pay for breakfast it wasn’t included and parking 15.00 per night. There was no coffee made in the lobby as advertised there would be. Went to guests laundry area sign said laundry detergent/supplies were available at the front desk. When I asked he said they were out of all stock. Otherwise was room was clean and nice."

"The rooms were nice and big. Kind of weird layout. But my family and I did sleep well in the beds and comfortable pillows. My room had a mini fridge and a small kitchen sink. No microwave. Shower had nice hot water and great water pressure. No carpets in the rooms so it got noisy with people walking around above you. We ate breakfast next door at POPS! And that was DELICIOUS!!!!"

"Pros: - close to office I was traveling for - comfortable bed - not-feather pillows (feathers do not support my side-sleeping) - small gym and cardio rooms - space to work in room (desk) - neat reading lights on the bed’s headboard Cons: - old property (looks worn; ceiling tile in closet coming down, carpet bunches in places) - bathtub faucet sprays water out during shower (though I suppose the spray was nice for cleaning feet) - no fan for the bathroom (I don’t like not having a fan on during...

"Potholes getting in the property and getting in the garage was horrible. Chlorine was to strong burned our senses trying g to get to our room from the garage."

"Our stay was for 3 nights . The room was clean and comfortable and quiet . It is pet friendly which alot of pets where staying there I never heard any barking. Staff everyday came in and tidy up bed and added towels. Breakfast was very good. We stopped in at the bar/restaurant and had a few beverages and staff was very friendly and attentive. We will be coming back again."
