Top South Texas Hotel Reviews
Hotel 1914 - Historic Alamo Riverwalk, an Ascend Collection Hotel
8/10 Good
"It was a comfortable stay. The hotel and the room were clean and the staff was helpful. The breakfast left much to be desired, nothing fresh, no fruit and lots of processed carbs and powdered eggs. My room was on the 7th floor which had steps, leading to the rooms, so it was no fun carrying a suitcase up and down those stairs. The hotel was in walking distance to all attraction downtown, which I appreciated. I felt safe."
Crockett Hotel
8/10 Good
"Nice king size bed and large room. TV was very s.mall for the room but ok."
Spark By Hilton San Antonio Northwest near Six Flags
10/10 Excellent
"I would appreciate better overall cleanliness of the facilities, especially the elevators and hallways. Keeping these areas cleaner and well maintained would make a positive difference."

What is the difference between a 4-star and 3-star hotel in South Texas?
The big difference between a 3- and 4-star hotel in South Texas is the level of service and availability of creature comforts. Three-star hotels are typically more budget-friendly and offer the services and conveniences you need to be comfortable, such as WiFi, a gym and breakfast. You can look forward to a bit more at a 4-star hotel — think upscale décor, premium bathroom products and extras like on-site day spas.
