"We loved the hotel’s position right on the beach. The staff were very friendly. But could be better with just a few tweaks, like some chairs need cushions on. Less time waiting for orders to be taken and food did take a while sometimes. Rooms were good but being an older couple the stairs were an issue for us as there is no lift. We would stay again if we come back here to see our son as it was a nice break to recuperate after a long flight."

"Very boutique feeling for a reasonable cost and definitely budget friendly property. The staff are excellent and they go out of their way to help. Menu with the all inclusive option was sufficient. My one suggestion would be for management to look into getting some new beds. "

"It's Old Hotel. Located in centre that's the only advantage. Very poor breakfast and service at prices charged by the hotel. Overall it's pathetic. The staff was so bad they charged 100 MUR for a bottle of water which is available in next shop at 20MUR. Ac doesn't work,Poor Breakfast. Bad Service. "

"The owner was absolutely lovely and extremely helpful. Location is right next to the bus station so very convenient. Also right next to the Monday market. Not a lot to do here, especially on Sunday but very relaxing and easy to get around the island by bus."

"A quaint and charming property of rooms around a courtyard type garden with swimming pools, sunloungers, lawns and beautiful trees situated behind the road directly across from the beach. Very close to restaurants and local take-away huts. Staff all very welcoming and helpful. The room contained one of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in. Furniture was dark and in keeping with the property. It was nice to have a sink separate from the toilet and shower room. We had a problem with...

"We stayed there 25 days in all. Staff very helpful when things went wrong. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis so we tried the evening buffet occasionally but we preferred to go out to other restaurants in Flic-en-Flac. Facilities were sufficient for our needs with a pool,sun loungers and easy access to the beach for swimming. Staff invariably helpful with one's requests whatever situation arose. It was just what we wanted!!"
