"Bright, clean, lobby and room—well-located a five minute walk to the main busy section of town, and a two minute walk to the Sorrento train station with access to Pompeii and Napoli. Reception was friendly and was able to provide access to my room a couple hours in advance of check-in time when I arrive around 11:30am. "Room was very hot when outside temperature was 65 deg F. Air Conditioning was not operating in April. Only heater worked. Only way to cool off room was to shut off hot air fan and keep window open all night long. Bed mattress was sooo firm I literally got a back ache and did not get any sleep. Other problems: 1) TV (only a 20 inch computer monitor) did not work because the TV cable connector was broken. 2) Shower head fell when I was adjusting it. 3) Telephone had no dialing instructions to...

"I liked that you gave us a discount when we booked multiple rooms. Loved all the lounges and views and the breakfast was amazing! The only thing I didn’t like was having to pay for beach towels. I have been to beaches all over the world and have never had to do that."
