"Location is very good, 3 minutes from the metro station. The hotel is good, service is good. I only have a complain, the pictures show rooms with a desk, but the rooms do not have desk, it was very uncomfortable to work sitted in the bed. I was given a room without desk but I walked all the floor because they were cleaning, to check if one had desk and ask for a change but none of the single rooms in the 3rd room had desk, they must change the pictures."

"This hotel was located in Laureles, a very good and calm area of Medellin. The staff at this hotel were so excellent and the service was superb. Every single request that I made was attended in a timely manner. We had an issue with the AC and the staff quickly made the arrangements so a tech could check it out. When the problem persisted I was quickly moved to a new room. Shoutout to Oscar for being so attentive and kind. Breakfast was good as well."
