"We had a short, transitory stay at Success Hotel, and it was exactly what we needed. The room was incredibly clean and spacious, especially considering the very reasonable price. What really stood out, though, was the staff. They were so helpful and went out of their way to seamlessly arrange a taxi for us to Hanoi Airport for our next destination. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great service, cleanliness, and value in Hanoi!"
"Room was not clean, bathroom was NOT clean, after a 1 minute shower drain was blocked and bathroom flooded. Call up reception she looked at it didn’t try to fix the problem or give us another room to shower. "

"I thought this hotel would be a lot larger but it’s a small family run place. It’s close to the airport and cost less than 100k vnd for a Grab from the airport and provides a free shuttle when going to the airport. It’s also amazingly quiet for being right on a busy road. The breakfast was just ok. The owners are friendly and helpful and they recommended a basic Pho restaurant two doors down the street which was also good. We plan to stay here again when we are flying in late from Cambodia."
