"Reasonable pricing. Restaurant was closed but pizzeria was open. Old building and the sound travels from the halls and occupants nearest to you. Views are beautiful though so that made up for the noise. We did a big drive so still slept well. Staff are lovely and helpful "

"The hotel is right at the top of the Stelvio Passo and offers an excellent base to explore in both summer and winter seasons. I was there in September and the region was very busy with hikers, cyclists, drivers etc and the hotel was an excellent base. "This hotel is about 18km away from the ski resort Stelvio Pass and far away from any other services (not in Bormio side). Nice balcony, comfortable beds and nice stuff. Easy to park. Very expensive to eat in restaurant and "nothing" for kids in the menu (but very nice food though for adults !), but there is no other option available near by. No possibility to get breakfast before 8 am. So no idea what that would have been. Most likely nice. "

"Beautiful hotel with lovely staff and brilliant location. The village itself is stunning, fully enclosed by medieval walls. We travelled with a dog and were very accommodating for her. The jacuzzi and relaxation area on the roof is very special. "

"The place was clean and nice. Unfortunately it says language spoken English. That wasn’t the case. Worked through that and then tried to eat. No vegetables at all my wife is vegan. Grocery store downstairs so we shopped, tried to borrow a fork from the hotel and NO was the answer. Ate with hands. Bummer"

"This is a family run hotel. The husband and wife team will do anything you need to make your visit a pleasant one. I felt like I was part of an Italian family. When I told the owner I was vegan, he was worried that despite his huge complimentary breakfast spread, I wouldn't get enough to eat. There is wide variety of foods for every diet plan, even mine. "There are 3 hotels in Italy by the same name. I thought I ordered the one that is actually in the alpes but it's not. The location is horrible in there is a lamp post on the window of all the rooms. The hotels is very old and no one knows English good enough to speak. Over all the hotel is clean but not in a good location."
