"I think the big problem they have the staff is the same as everywhere else. Young staff inexperienced that have been thrown in the deep end to deal with people that obviously have travelled and now know how it works and some points are disappointing. When the young staff don’t listen to the orders i.e. the dining room when two meals arrive and one person sits there because the order was never taken at exactly the same time how this happens. I don’t know but the problem was resolved."
"Well maintained, vintage building with ditto style. Very friendly reception, very good bed, the room and bathroom was not very spacious but good enough for this single traveller."
"Great location close to the walks at echo point. Crisp, clean linen. Nice aesthetics inside. Really good value. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to the blue mountains."

"Wi-Fi was poor in our room, not enough sharing facilities next to pool, pool wasn’t ready to use, just maybe working if you arrive late at night to sleep and leave early in morning but still expensive"

The receptionist was friendly, and there was plenty of parking. It is close to the town centre, though not within walking distance. The area was safe and quiet throughout the stay. Overall, all good. Thanks"
"Not what I expected unfortunately. Room was nice and cosy with a comfy bed, blanket and heater (handy as it was freeeeezing) however the place felt so isolated and desolate.
The kitchen amenities did not even have a sink or hob, and the bathroom did not have a sink either?
Was a shame as I was looking forward to my visit there, but felt the need to leave a day early."
