"We stayed here because it was way cheaper than New York. Loved it! Great value, clean property, wonderful breakfast, and 24 hour shuttle. Our room was so cozy. Will definitely stay here again. I didn’t like to have to pay to park our car nightly, but it wasn’t too expensive."

"Good location, lack of personal touch and customer service"

"maged and jalal was very helpfull"

"The St James is an old hotel which has had some upkeep but it still has the old hotel vibe. The location is excellent and the staff is outstanding. There are no frills. I would recommend if cleanliness, very gracious staff, and location are what you are looking for. If you like bells and whistles this hotel is not for you. I would definitely stay there again."

"High price for nothing. I do not recommend this hotel."

"Very tiny small room no boiler , paper cubs 2 elevators not enough for the service"

"Everything in this hotel is excellent cleanliness staffing building the rooms. Everything is great. The only downside is literally next to the building. There are very dangerous young group congregating literally next door to the hotel 24 seven smoking and it makes you not comfortable and it’s not safe for kids or young families to walk through these guys."
