"We had 4 nights in an ocean view room, it was fresh and clean and the location is great. We had a queen and a single bed. The shower is lovely too. Can be a bit noisy on a Saturday night till closing but you get to hear some good music. No facilities for breakfast in the room and the local cafes get booked out so you need to plan ahead and book a cafe or bring your own. Meals in the hotel are very good too, lots of choice and very friendly staff. Highly recommend staying."

"As with a lot of older motels we have stayed in, the owners seem to be unable to keep up with the maintenance around the place. Room very clean and comfortable. Bed comfortable and pillows good with spares. Very quiet, next to the river."
