"I had a lovely stay, the hotel has a very unique design, the front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was exceptionally spacious. Wifi working great. My only negative point is that on weekend nights, as the hotel is very central, the noise from the street really penetrates the room. I didn't mind much but I know some people are sensitive."

It isn't fancy, but the staff are welcoming, friendly, and informative and helpful. The rooms could do with renovation, but they are spacious, comfortable and clean. I was on the top floor in hot weather, but opening the skylights at night and air con at other times fixed that. The breakfast in the morning was a real spread of hot and cold options and very delicious. I was very happy at Hotel Europa"
