"Best Hotel stay so far in Iceland and that is saying a lot because they have all been awesome. But this hotel, from check in asked if we wanted a northern lights wakeup call, told us about things to do in the area that we had not heard about, went over the weather conditions for the night and next day. Just awesome. The hotel restaurant was a 10 out of 10. Best fish I have ever had, the bread appitzer with the butter and skyr mix great! Wait staff awesome and helpful, no complaints! And that...
"i was placed in the room directly next to the kitchen, there is no soundproofing what so ever so it was incredibly loud. my fire alarm went off for no reason in my room, i attempted to get assistance from front desk staff DURING HOURS OF OPERATION and no one answered the bell. i rang 4 separate times during an hour and no one showed. there are plenty of other places to stay besides here. i was wildly disappointed in my stay and would recommend staying at one of the other hotels nearby."
"This hotel is a great location with an amazing view and walkable to the lava fields. We picked the base room which was a bit small with a small shower but we're not there for the room, it's just a place to sleep. It was very clean and updated. Multiple restaurants are a very short drive away. They do offer breakfast but it didn't start until 8 so we passed on it. Parking was a bit tight but manageable around the units."
"Cutest little farm hotel. Great comfy cozy rooms. Breakfast was very well organized and tasty. Don't judge a book by its cover. Just a beautiful site.
100% recommendations"
"Located on a farm between Myvatn and Husavik. The studio apartment was clean and it had a little table and chairs with a kitchen area. Coffee and tea included. One of the best values on our trip."
"Nice guesthouse off the beaten path, rooms and bathroom clean, comfortable shared living space, good breakfast, not a lot of food options in town (only 1 open when we stayed)"
