"Staff were good, very polite , can fault them. Rooms where a good size but very out dated. Very warm rooms with lots of broken parts (lights and cupboards) bathroom was very bad, bath was unstable and fell away from the wall. The bath drain lead to a pipe that ran out of the bath and onto a drain in the middle of the floor, this lead to a very wet floor as the water didn’t go into the drain. Inturn flooding the floor. "The hotel is in a great location for walking to many sights. It has a wonderful breakfast included in the price. The room was a bit small, but it was nice and clean with a modern bathroom. There are many nice public areas for sitting both inside and out. The seagulls are a bit noisy, so bring earplugs if you are sensitive to noise. Otherwise, the hotel is nice and quiet."
