"Das einzig positive war der Ausblick vom Balkon und die funktionierende Klimaanlage. Das Appartement war ziemlich abgewohnt, lockere Armaturen im Bad, gebrochener Stuhl auf dem Balkon, lockere bzw. herabgefallene Vorhangstangen, Flecken auf der Couch, keine Tassen und keine Gläser im Appartement! Die Anlage ist insgesamt zwar durchdacht gebaut, aber absolut ungepflegt. Sehr schade! Die Liegen im Poolbereich waren abends von streunenden Katzen besetzt. Wir kommen nie wieder."

"Room was clean but bed sheets arreworned out and should have been replaced long ago. We stayed for 5 nights but they did not change the linnen.
Parking fee is 7 euros per day and you can not go for a ride unless the receptionist asl the other gests to move their car. I would nkt call this a parking lot at all. It is a narrow path between two buildings where is only enough room just to get out off the car. Breakfast is good but the same choices every day."
"Alles was man für ein paar Tage Aufenthalt braucht. Leider kein Aufzug, aber das Personal hat netterweise mein Gepäck hochgetragen. Ansonsten ist das Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber die Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert und die Lage ist auch super. Nur 10min zum Hafen und in die Altstadt. :)"
"Das günstigste Zimmer (ganz oben) mit separatem Badezimmer war echt nicht schön und vor allem nicht sauber und funktional. Für das separate Bad gab es keinen Schlüssel, jeder hätte in das Bad gehen können. Zudem konnte man im Bad nicht aufrecht stehen (und ich bin 170cm), aus der Dusche kam ganz lange nur kaltes Wasser und als es irgendwann warm wurde, kam nur ganz wenig raus. Meine Haare hätte ich da niemals waschen können. Zudem war es sehr hellhörig, die Gardinen waren hell und haben gar...
"Vila Perast is trying to be something it's not, a first rate hotel. Included breakfast was terrible, with the same choice offered each day. Construction is going on right next door. Shutters are not properly anchored and will bang loudly all night when windy. Milk is always out in the coffee machine- how hard is it to just send someone to the store fore more?"
"Overall fantastic stay, super welcoming and helpful staff, rooms were large and well maintained + had amazing views of the bay. It rained one of our days so took advantage of the spa and semi-outdoor pool. Food was great, especially the included breakfast. We had an issue with our shower which was fixed promptly and they had made us a little breakfast bag to go to the airport.
It’s roughly a 10 min walk down hill to the bay, but maybe not the nicest locations but appeared quite safe."
"The receptionist is unfriendly,it’s a tough situation trying to have access into the property as there are two phases, overall I do not recommend. One of the workers is very welcoming though the cute Asian one"
"Lovely little hotel, felt really intimate and unique, with nice stone walls and interesting decor. The main guy on reception - whose name I'm ashamed to have forgotten but he lives 50m down the road from the hotel - was absolutely brilliant, his English was excellent and he served as more of a concierge than a receptionist. He was very knowledgeable and we had a great chat on our last night. All other staff were friendly as well. A la carte breakfast was nice, with fresh fruit and yoghurt also...
