The room was clean and the beds were perfect but we couldn’t find how to adjust the heat beyond the heated floor in bathroom. Staff is available by txt but we didn’t try to reach out and none of staff on-site interacted with us beyond check in. Our room had a table and chairs as well as a smart TV. "It was off season and at night so we drove right past it. When we were finally situated the owners (staff) were wonderful to deal with. We even added an extra night after we stayed there because we liked it so well."

"A disappointing stay - when we arrived there was no one available for about 15/30 minutes after having to shout to attract someone's attention then it seemed that there were not expecting us - location of cottage further away than expected description said it was an annex, which normally means attached to the hotel.
