Team member confirmed that they would refund since I had to find a different hotel but until now I haven't received a refund (one week has passed)"

Only thing that was tough was the hotel did not offer any face towels, or wash rags. They only had a a bath towel and what I assumed was a floor mat towel. But outside of that the stay was perfect! Would definitely stay in this hotel again "
