"Room was spacious and clean. Have living room with Nespresso coffee maker, bar fridge, electric kettle. Had a large balcony with view of ocean which was nice and the a/c was nice and cool. Had a 3rd floor room (highest) which was nice but no elevator to get up there - especially with luggage. Didn’t have the hotel breakfast so cannot comment on it. Dislikes: light switch combo did not separate sleep area with living area (either all on or off) - maybe had to reprogram the remote(?). Could...

"Breakfast was delicious but somwwhat limited and mostly korean food. Laundry was convenient but a little expensive (10,000 won). Location is great and near the waterfalls and restaurants. Free parking was very covenient. Hotel is clean but a little dated. Bedding and linen were clean and new. Lota of space for a family of 4 in the family suite."

"The hotel photos are very misleading, the room is dirty, the mattress and linens were stained. The room has a smell, mold issues in bathroom. The hotel also likely has a pest issue, insecticide/bug bombs are provided in room, when we questioned the staff about this they said it’s an amenity like shampoo in case it’s needed. We left the first night and ended up paying for another hotel (received partial refund)"
