"The restaurant, game room and spa were all when we came, even though these were the amenities advertised on hotels.com and the reason we chose to stay here when we had some car issues on a roadtrip. We were very disappointed! Also, no soap in the bathroom, but the empty box from the previous guest was still in the shower. Thankfully, there is a mechanic shop across the parking lot and the hotel gave us a late check out while we are waiting to have the brakes checked on my car. The staff were super nice and helpful with good restaurant recommendations in the area, you just have to to the front desk for help because they don’t answer the phone if you call from the room. "

"Shower dripped constantly. The window was open and the turn knob was broken, we had to take both of us to get the window closed. There was no handle on the inside of the bathroom door. No microwave in the room. No water pressure in the shower, kinda just dribbled out."
