"The room was great. Plenty of very hot water in the shower. Breakfast was good. Suggest that you start offering decaf coffee as well as regular coffee. The desk staff in the late afternoon/evening shifts were sullen & not that helpful, Looked as if they were tired, bored, or unhappy. The desk staff in the mornings were bright & cheerful. Greeted guests & were delightful.The breakfast staff were also very kind & helpful."
