I was travelling all through the Balkans and no place went out of their way more than Hotel Ebel in Tirana. Excellent location, great access to good and drink even on the premises connected. "Rooms were a very nice size. We stayed on the 4th floor so it was very quiet. Both rooms had a balcony and a nice view to the beach which we loved. One of the rooms though had a bad uneven mattress which wasn't very confortable to sleep in. Although there was a "do not disturb" and "clean up" option button in the room, housekeeping ladies come in anyways, regardless of the chosen sign, which, for us, wasn't a problem.
