"Property is a 10 minute drive away from the heavily touristed area. Perfect for us. The hosts are wonderful and the food is amazing. We got the half board (dinner and breakfast) for four. Amazing. Cabins are all built using huge logs. A tad rustic but with amazing soaking tub plus modern toilets. We stayed in summer. No A/c but temps were cool. Highly recommend and would stay again. "

"Loved our stay at Spa Shiosai. We only stayed 1 night but I would definilty stay again in the future. We were snowboarding at Rusutsu and it was an easy drive. A bit further than other options but the price and Onsen were well worth it. It is a very quiet, clean, and relaxing hotel. Thanks for having us. "

"This property is gorgeous , the staff and services are premium. The food is delicious. The surrounding is beautiful and amazing. If you have a car, I strongly recommend it. I like everything except the earlier afternoon shuttle service. The hotel provides free shuttle service to nearby ski resort Annupuri. It has 7:30, 8:30am shuttle to Annupuri, and 3pm pick up from Annupuri. The only way to get back to hotel is by taxi if you missed the 3pm shuttle; however, taxi is hard to find overall. If the hotel can extend their pickup after4pm, then it is perfect.overall, I am very happy with it. Thanks for their staff and excellent service! "
