"so good"

"Breakfast and buffet dinner were amazing. Had a lot of options even for someone who doesn’t eat fish. The steak station was great. Gelato, ring cake and melon for desert. Breakfast had omelettes, berries, lots of breads and jams options."

"A wonderful stay, with excellent breakfasts and dinners. Everything far exceeded expectations; I truly look forward to returning the Lake View Toya Nonokaze Resort soon."

"The included breakfast buffet was amazing. The staff was helpful with questions in regards to shuttles. Keep in mind, if you do not request a non-smoking room, the smell is quite strong as soon you get off the elevator for your room floor. Also if you plan to walk from Chitose Station to the hotel, it’s roughly a 20 min walk so plan accordingly if you have a handful of luggage."

"The onsite onsen was very good and parking was included. I like the after onsen amenities"

"There were some bugs around the outside the tub. like wood chippers i suppose. didn’t really mind them but still worth mentioning."

"It was quiet with an attentive, but inflexible staff. My wife and I wanted a room with a private onsen and this hotel was the only one in the entire area. We booked it through Expedia, but when we arrived we were told that all of the rooms had been taken, EVEN THOUGH WE HAD RESERVED ONE. We even checked in soon after the first available check-in time. We were also asked about a dinner time, but we told them that we didn't think we could make one of the few available times. Instead of...
