"Really nice hotel very clean and tidy, the staff are fantastic, they were very polite and kind and very helpful. I Loved the fact that the train station was literally around the corner next to the hotel, the best way to travel around Tokyo is by trains, it's very cheap and convenient. I would advice you just get a Suica travel card you can add it to your apple wallet if you have an iPhone, you can just top up whenever needed. "Hotel Kuki had the nicest staff of any place I have ever stayed!!! The room was always clean! The elevator was fast and it was a convenient location in Kuki city Saitama!!! Would definitely stay there again! "

"The hotel’s facilities were great, and the breakfast was also very good. The staff were truly kind and helpful. I would love to come back again. One thing I don’t quite understand is that there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway. The room itself was fine, and since the window could be opened, I was able to ventilate it and it was okay. I hope the hotel enforces stricter rules against guests who break the rules and smoke in their rooms. I really recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again. The price is very reasonable, and the quality of the facilities is excellent for the cost. On top of that, I was pleasantly surprised that they even had a public bath."

"I love the good customer service of the front desk staff. Going over and beyond their duties to help tourist like me to be comfortable in Japan. Special mention to Mina for such superb and unparalled customer service and the lady working the morning of April 2 who helped me find a store to buy souvenirs to bring home and even print and translate for me the map and locations. Thank you front desk staff!!! 😃"

"This hotel was very clean and looked very new. The room was really big by Japanese standards and the layout was great! Breakfast was a good value as well. Check in/out was easy. I'd recommend this hotel instead of some other ones that are closer to the train station because those looked rather dated by comparison. This property was a 20 min walk from the station or a 7 min taxi ride. There's plenty of restaurants around the hotel. It will likely be my go to when I'm in Tsuchiura again."
