"The beach access and staff were amazing. However, we were originally put in a first floor suite and although the view was great, the room had extensive water damage. We spent one night and morning feeling pretty awful and not wanting to touch anything. It was next to the onsen building, which looks very run down (although the onsen itself is beautiful). The staff did change our room to an upper floor with an even better view, which was very clean and not moldy. Amazing beach aside, the location...
