"Needed a quick stay for NEC and booked here. On way in looked rough as hell, drunk guests hanging around outside and no lift etc for pram. Made way to room and was pleasantly surprised at room Vs cost. Wouldn't rush back but if you needed a cheaper hotel with nice room would recommend."

Especially when I needed to get my room keycard reactivated several times. I was very impressed with the array and diverse selection available. Beautiful grounds around the hotel Pool area was peaceful, the shower room could do with a update and the locker didnt work, but wouldnt stop us coming again. "

"Room was clean, modern and recently decorated and is great if you like wall-to-wall grey. Our room was located near the bar and stairs, so pretty noisy if you are a light-sleeper. Coffee was weak and breakfast was mediocre, firstly it ran out and then when it did arrive, it wasn't the best quality food. If you're staying on a B&B basis, you should at least get a good night's kip and a decent breakfast, but in all honesty I cannot say we had either! Overall it was reasonable value for money and...
