"I went there for the pool and the pool was great. The hot tub was currently out of order which isn't that big of a deal because the pool was awesome. But from the moment we got there things just weren't right. When we got into our room we opened the pull-out couch and it was full of crumbs and dirt. Then we got the pull out linens and there were yellow stains on them and they were obviously not clean. We called the front desk to ask for another one and they brought us a little sheet thingy that...

"Very unpleasant encounter with incompetent clerks at the front desk . . . When we asked about the availability of an accessible room, we were not told the truth, and then we were charged for two rooms instead of one! "

I noticed a lot of coffee or nasty brown spots through the room. The light in the bathroom needs to be changed."
