"We came home with bed bug bites. The couch in the room had more stains on it than any piece of furniture I've ever seen. All of the furniture needed to be taken outside and set on fire."
"We had a wonderful stay at Attunga in Falls Creek and highly recommend it. The location is absolutely perfect – truly ski-in, ski-out access that made getting onto the slopes effortless each day. The views over the mountains were stunning and added to the whole alpine experience.
What really stood out, though, was the genuinely friendly and welcoming staff. From check-in to dining, every interaction felt warm and personal."
"Matt and his team were awesome hosts - the food was excellent and so nice to just have it put in front of you at the end of the day!
It is a bit tricky to find in the dark particularly if it’s been snowing but once you’re sorted it’s a great spot
We would definitely stay there again. "
"Great place to stay. I can’t wait to get back. We had such a wonderful stay, the property itself is beautifully decorated, the restaurant is one of my favourite places with a fire in the centre.
The food was excellent, despite being a bust Friday night the food service was unfaultable, well timed delivery of food, attentive friendly
service where nothing was a problem. My steak was the best I have had in years, seasoned beautifully and cooked exactly as I asked for it.
This isn’t a hotel where...
"Nice accommodations, close to advanced ski lifts in the bowl and transport to lifts for ski school. Small playground and family friendly restaurant also nearby. Accommodation was family friendly. Well stocked and reasonably priced supplies in accommodation office (chocolate, soft drinks, pasta, sauces)."
"Property is run down and unclean. We were booked for 4 nights and left after 2. It was booked to celebrate a special moment and was terribly disappointing. Would not stay again. Would not recommend. The only positive part of the resort was the staff. They were more then amazing. "
