"Staff was nice. Room was great and clean. Breakfast was fine, in need of better coffee!"

"The breakfast was ok, faked eggs and nasty looking saugage( standard fare) The lower rating was due to the mattress which was horrible. When your ass ends up 10 inches below your head and feet , it’s not good. Wore out and couldn’t sleep a wink"

"We were very impressed with the room at Springhill Suites, it was one of the best rooms we have ever stayed in and the price was very reasonable considering what we had for a room. The choices for breakfast were plentiful so there is no reason to plan on eating breakfast away from the hotel. If I ever have to stay in Medford again I will certainly stay here. I don't want to forget that the reason we stayed there was proximity to the airport which worked out well and we were worried about noise but it was not a factor."

"We had a room that someone had stained the carpet and they tried to clean it and then covered it with a rug. It was so horrible smelling I couldn't stand to be in the room. I asked to switch and right away was given a new room. The front desk lady was great about it, but housekeeping should have told them that room should not have been used. Other then that restaurant was good, breakfast was okay. The pool in in a separate building from the motel."

"I’m was very satisfied at this hotel. Everybody was so polite with smiles. (Don’t find places like that anymore.) The hotel is very clean. Sonia Dean was very helpful and professional. My sister and I will come back! Thank you for all you do! You guys are awesome!!"
