Booked it on Expedia and everything went through, and I got the confirmation email and everything like normal from Expedia. Then I go to check into the property the day before and Evolve say it’s not booked anymore, mind you I never got a text or a call...

"This place was exceptionally clean when we arrived. It had all the necessities for a comfortable stay. The waterfront part of the property comfortable and relaxing. We will be happy to stay there again. This place exceeded all our expectations."

"Welcome cookies in the basket had mold on them so we threw them away. Only main downside were the plastic mattress covers directly under the sheet caused sweaty discomfort and poor sleep at night. The code for the key box was also incorrect, but was fixed quickly with a phone call."
