It said 24-hour staff, but they were not there early in the morning. I needed to check out early morning, so I called and messaged the staff to ask them to send me a receipt, but they ignored my calls and messages."

"The area around the hotel is not the nicest, i had some reluctance to go out at night. It's near the stations, but that's the only plus. Actual hotel was pretty nice, but feels like you're in the middle of a hostile zone."

There is not much around the hotel, so you would have to travel for anything other than a kebab, but there again the price is very keen and as it is on level ground you can walk to better restaurants. It was a good stay and the front desk staff were lovely."
