"The beds were super comfortable and rooms very clean. The hotel was at one time quite fancy - and is well kept- the marble staircase was impressive. The staff could be more personable - one lady was more friendly. And the location was ok - backed up on apartments- it’s a bit out of range to the tourist spots yet close to some amazing restaurants. "The restaurant is a bit of a scam … there is no price and you end up being charged for things you either didn’t eat or didn’t know was charged … this is very dishonest … never seen that in any other hotel in Portugal during my stay … shady !!!"
