"There was no coffee or tea in the room, so we called the front desk and asked if they would supply coffee. The lady at the front desk said we can come down and get coffee and said if we are not having the buffet we can have the coffee for free. So my wife went down and got two cups of coffee which the attendant only filled half. So a little later she went back and asked for two more cups and this time again the attendant filled only half the cups. Anyway we were under the impression that the...
"Great location right in the center of town. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The reception staff spoke English and were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a pleasant and convenient place to stay."
"This charming hotel is a little difficult to find but is worth it. The room had stone walls, but a modern decor. It was clean, staff were polite and helpful, and parking was nearby. My only complaint was that the restaurant menu was very limited in the evening- it’s mostly a bar. But overall the hotel was very good."
"It looks plain outside but it's got convenient parking right outside the door. The apartments are well appointed and maintained with everything you need. Very clean and modern. Recommended!"
"The property is a historic casa de indianos with genuine character and potential, but our two-night stay fell below the expectations created by the very flattering Expedia photographs.
Comfort was the main issue. The mattress had a plasticized protector that trapped heat and made noise whenever we moved, and our room had neither a fan nor air conditioning. Numerous artificial air fresheners made the room so heavily scented that we removed them. The toilet is open to the bedroom, offering little...
"
