"Let’s start on the good points, the house it’s self had a lot to offer. The layout of the property was good, great kitchen, lots of space and two bathrooms. First impressions was shocking, the front of the property was totally unkept and didn’t look like it had been cut or swept in ages. The furniture inside had not been moved and clean under and therefore the cleanliness of the property was awful. There was cheese still embedded on the cooking trays that made you wonder if any of the crockery...

"I liked everything. Pools spas sauna, I didn’t like the games room with all the $2 machines. I think it should be all free machines or things like toy kitchens, climbing wall, cubby house etc We almost ran out of toilet paper and two of each dishwashing soap laundry soap weren’t enough we had to buy more but was enough to cover us till we went to the shop. "

"The courtyard and entrance needed weeding and cleaning. Garden overgrown and bird poo everywhere. Noisy neighbours. Unit itslef was clean and comfortable. "

"Lovely well maintained garden with lots of seating options. Clean spacious home and a well stocked kitchen of utensils and gizmos - you can cook up a storm. Large fridge/freezer. Dishwasher. Fully functional ducted Aircon with zoning. Large bedrooms. Most bedrooms have their own TV! Nice little office space so you get some work done while the family relaxes. A quick refreshing walk to the beautiful Warnbro dog beach. Multi store shopping centre a 2 minute drive away, with Rockingham shopping...
