"Delightful hotel - we would happily stay again. Quite centrally located in a nice area (although all of Bergamo seemed very pleasant from what we saw). Spacious bedrooms, reception staff extremely helpful with booking taxis and so on. A welcome drink on the first night was a lovely bonus. We didn't sample the breakfast as there are so many cafes in the city to try, but it looked good. "This was a lovely hotel, with fridge and kettle, and unexpectedly, a balcony. I don't know if it was just my phone, but I couldn't very often get wifi in my room. The staff were surprised at this, although it did say on the tourist board website that it was only available in public areas.
