"Staff were fantastic . Unfortunately plumbing went awry and our.room stunk of sewerage,getting so bad we had to ask the move rooms. Staff were happy to accommodate this but we had to ask as the cleaning staff just acted like the room was fine.
No hot water on the last day. Quiet and out of the way but obviously has both some teething and ongoing maintenance issues. These things ruined our stay there."
"IT WAS A NICE STAY HEREEE. spacious room, spacious bathroom, good water, nice pool (!75cm!!), they provide you water dispenser so you dont have to buy mineral water (also you can get cold water from the water dispenser!). big storage, a lot of place to sit, good breakfast. the breakfast experience was superb, in the morning with some lively birds around the pool. oh the welcome drink is also super refreshing! amazing experience staying here:)"
"Bottom line is we enjoyed this hotel very muc! The room (A03) was cottage style and had a very old fashioned feel. The view from our room was a view of the harbour and Mount Angung. We could see the mountain top with the clouds below it and it was amazing. The shower handle was broken and the button to change from overhead shower to hand held was sticky. "Staff were very welcoming and communicated effectively. Room was super clean cozy and lovely. My only issue is that during check in i was told i can order breakfast for a certain price but the following day when i wanted to order, they told me they were not doing breakfast because nobody else asked for breakfast, i didn't understand that since i was paying for it but either way i was able to get breakfast at the warung next door which had amazing food."

La posizione è comoda per andare a piedi a Mushroom Bay e ci sono diverse opzioni per mangiare in zona. Anche la struttura offre un comodo servizio di ristorazione e in caso si necessità per un piatto al volo vanno benissimo. Bella la piscina e possibilità anche di noleggiare moto."
