"This was a great last minute find. We rented a car at the Quito airport and drove to Papallacta. The drive was beautiful and easy. The spa and hotel are amazing. We only stayed overnight, but wish we had more time there. To get the full experience, stay for at least 3 days/2 nights. One day for the spa and thermal pools and another day hiking the National Park. Check in is at 3. Check out is at 1 but you can leave your vehicle in their parking lot and hike up the mountain. So beautiful! Words...

"Excelente y amables con todo."

"This hotel is more like an upscale motel with one story side by side rooms in multiple buildings. The grounds are a well maintained green yard with flowering bushes, sidewalks and even a couple llamas peacefully grazing. The staff was very friendly but speak limited English and the breakfast of fresh fruit with yogurt & granola, juice, eggs and cheese tortilla “sandwiches” was lovely. Do have to point out the coffee is instant Nescafé with or without hot milk. The rooms are clean & simply...

"Absolutely recommend this property. The staff is amazing! We did a couple of the activities and love them. Definitely do the horse back riding tour! The food is delicious, the rooms are comfortable and where this property shines is on the little details- turn down service, with fireplace, chocolate and hot water bottles to keep the bed warm."

"Loved Hacienda! A beautiful stay only 15 mins from the airport but felt like you were surrounded by pure nature in a different world than the city of Quito. The walk on the trails is stunning, and the history is fascinating to learn how the owners discovered the tunnels on site and the Incan history connected to it. Oscar is so knowledgeable on the history! Beautiful rooms, amazing food, the grounds are so peaceful it’s hard to think you are in Quito, lots of wild coloured birds, so many...

"GREAT PLACE FOR AN OVERNIGHT STAY NEAR THE AIRPORT"
