The elders complained of noise from other guests on both nights, both from the hallway and from above the ceiling of their room. Our rooms were close to the lounge area at Motel entrance - probably because we asked for accessibility for the older couple. If we had been further down corridors we might have heard less noise. "This motel is handy for us when visiting family in nearby Fern Bay. Has been renovated and rooms are large. We were given an upgrade to a quieter spot and larger room. Breakfast no longer available and although the room had a kitchenette you had to get your cutlery from reception. Other than that, no problems."
