"Good all around"

"In Rochester for a concert at Eastman Theater, an easy 0.3 mile walk from the hotel. Very kind helpful staff. Quiet spacious clean room. Convenient parking in South St garage. Tasty light supper at Drifters, right in hotel."

"Everything is fine."

"The shower didn't work, the TV didn't work and the phones didn't work. I asked the hotel staff to call me to discuss the situation and they didn't. I emailed the property and asked them to address the situation and they didn't. They clearly didn't care once I had left."
