"Second time, always perfect"

"Great family-run hotel in the centre of Nürburg. Spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, good shower and friendly staff."

"We had very good rest and enjoyed the one night stay. Two storey apartment with two bathrooms fits very well for our family. Very comfortable. However you will need a car to reach the hotel. Price is not very cheap, but we redeemed a bonus night from hotels.com. Overall was very good. "

"The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was very good. The night receptionist was very helpful Thank you."

"Terrific check-in experience after a long drive. In-room pizza and beer were perfect. Very clean and spacious rooms. Breakfast was healthy and delicious. A great stay."

"The room was clean, but the mini fridge was left unplugged and someone left food in it so it continued to make the room smell horrible. We had to wait a while at the front desk, because the lady was outside and didn’t hear the bell ring multiple times. Didn’t like that the door was a key. So if there’s more than one person staying and someone left and the other stayed, the other was locked in basically. "Nice and quiet place to stay."

"Lovely hotel, friendly staff, spacious rooms, breakfast was fresh and in good supply. Lovely location with bars and restaurants close to hand, would visit again if in the area."

"With a less than 24 hour visit, received a warm welcome, very comfortable room and a nice selection for breakfast."

"Avery pleasant hotel in a nice location. Spaciou & clean rooms. Very good restaurant. "

"Kurz gesagt es war super. Alle im Hotel sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war groß, hell, gemütlich und sauber. Das Essen im Restaurant, sowie das Frühstück waren super. Vielen lieben Danke an Familie Berg und ihr Team für den tollen Aufenthalt"

"The room was terrible. Dirty carpet. Room wasn’t even in the hotel but across the alley and on another building they said was a sister hotel. It was 92 and no air conditioning or fans. We had to sleep with the windows open ( as they suggested) above a parking lot and next to a busy street. They had tables below us under our windows where people sat and smoked. The smoke came right into our room. I would never advise anyone to consider this hotel."

"Het was er zeer rustig. Prima ontbijt en kamer. Zeer klein minpuntje: geen plek in de douche voor je zeepbakje te zetten."

"Wunderbare Auswahl meist lokaler Produkte"

"Très bon hôtel , familial , calme , avec un cadre bucolique . Très propre et accueil charmant."

"Mooie ligging, prachtig uitzicht, goed ontbijt en restaurant. Kamers gehorig. De hygiëne is goed op de belangrijkste punten maar niet overal was gestoft en gezogen. Relaxte sfeer."
