"Stayed in the Hotel Nozomi side. Very spacious room and bathroom for 2 people. Has great aircondition. Walking distance to lots of great dining options and shopping! Staff were very friendly. Just for improvement purposes, I hope the breakfast had more variety. Other than that, amazing stay overall."

"Centrally located. Our room was small for 4 people, but was happy to be centrally located to the old town Luzern. The two bunks were actually comfortable for teenage adults. "The room was clean and had all the necessities. The kitchen had silverware, plates, pots, pans, and an espresso machine. The bathroom was clean, and the tub was spacious. The bed was comfortable. However, the pull-out bed was uncomfortable and tilted to one side. Additionally, customer service was terrific. They even do your laundry. Overall, I loved my stay here. "

"We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Des Alpes Luzern. The location could not be better in the heart of Lucerne’s Old Town on the Reiss River next to the famous Chapel Bridge and 15-minute walk from the train station. Views from the river side are fabulous. The restaurant is very nice and it is especially nice to sit outside viewing the river and beautiful buildings. "Great location and views. Rooms were above expectations. It’s right next to vitznau ferry terminal as well as mount Rigi rail. Beautiful experience here. Only negative is Uber doesn’t come here so make sure to prebook taxi on the way in and out, or if you have light luggage use the 502 bus and connecting trains or ferry to Lucerne train station and connect to Zurich airport. Staff was helpful once you approach them."
