"First the good. The hotel is next to the train station so you’re able to walk from the platform to the hotel in a minute. The location is great. Jacob in the bar was terrific. Great service and would go over and beyond. Next the not so good. Breakfast was probably the worst we had in Switzerland. It was busy but only one person waiting on tables so not the best service. "Great modest hotel affiliated with a larger full hotel. Big room, comfy bed, very close to the West train. We also had daily breakfast—nice buffet with a great selection, a little different each morning. It was awesome!!"

"The room was large, beds were comfortable Didn't eat the breakfast, but do use the coffee machine. There were a few restaurants near by and a bus stop. "

"The staff was helpful at check in and the water dispenser including sparkling water on each floor was a bonus. Location was good for those wanting to be away from Bern train station and Old Town, being a minute away from a bus/tram stop. A major problem is the chaos at breakfast time where there was hardly any seat."
