"Location was great - you are so central and close to attractions, restaurant and bars. Despite this it was not noisy.
Prior to arrival , we messaged the hotel to confirm transport options from the station but no one replied .
The hotel is tired and needs more than a basic uplift . The aircon was not working in the entire building and fence it was very stuffy and humid.
We did not use any amenities as the pool is not heated and outside .

"Staff were helpful, finding the parking was a bit of a nightmare but a member of staff managed to help, the parking under The hotel is secure. The hotel and the room has been cheaply done. The tap in our room was broken, the toilet was so close to the wall that it was difficult to sit down properly. We were at the front of the hotel which has a nice view but it is very noisy. The bed was also broken so every time you moved it squeezed. Only the mattress topper had a sheet on it, not the mattress...

I said we want a refund after a little while he magically found...

Its location is particularly advantageous for guests traveling by car, as ample on-site parking is available. This marks my second visit to this establishment, and I continue to appreciate its cleanliness and tranquility, especially when compared to accommodations I have experienced in central Brussels. The staff consistently demonstrates...
"Had a great stay with our Grand Kids. Had the large room for 5 people with plenty of space. Enjoyed the pool usage. Easy walking distance to the town center for us. Staff were exceptional to deal with."
