"We stayed in 2 double rooms for a 4-night stay. Very comfortable rooms with AC. Hotel is very clean, staff is nice and breakfast was excellent with a large selection. The hotel location was perfect with several good restaurants within easy walking distance. Mirabellplatz parking is a few easy blocks away. With hotel discount, underground parking cost 24 Euros/day (safe & well lit). Highly recommend and would stay again."

"Good initial reception. Room was well equipped (apart from tissues, which most hotels provide) Breakfast was efficient and standard food choices offered. Tea/coffee available free 24/7 with plates provided should guests bring food in. Good location for sightseeing and a stroll to the Old Town, with good restaurants nearby. Bus to/from the station stops outside the hotel. Some staff made eye contact regularly, others less so. A good stay. "

"Perfect location within 10 minute walk from Salzburg Hbf train station. Transport links were brilliant with nearby stop for many of the buses that took you right across Salzburg - recommend the Salzburg card. Staff were super nice and managed to get us an early check-in but note that this is not always possible. We liaised directly with them through Whatsapp and they responded within minutes. "We had a very nice 2 night stay. Staff was very personable and helpful. Bus stop right next to the hotel, so very easy to get to anywhere you wanted in Salzburg. Comfortable and clean room."

"The hotel is an old building and as such kind of quirky(stairways and halls). Our room was quite large, and clean, with a modern bathroom. There is no air conditioning, just a fan in room , so in mid summer it may be hot, and we heard a lot of traffic noise as we had the windows open. Breakfast was typical continental, cereal pastries, bread meat and cheese. Parking is 15 euros per night extra. The immediate neighborhood was a little run down, but the good thing is that it is in decent walking...

"Right on the Autobahn. Gas Pumps, McDonald's, convenience store, restaurant and hotel. Roll down storm shutters blocks out light and sound very well. Great shower, very hot water. Buffet breakfast had a wide variety of options. Clean, comfortable room. "

"Convenient, about 5 minutes walk to Salzburg Hbf, Hotel is besides gas station and on second level, need to walk up the stairs. if luggage is not too heavy is alright after a few steps up is flat you can rest before continuing up."

"No hooks in the shower to hang a towel or clothes. It would be nice if you provide an iron for ironing clothes. We needed to talk to someone urgent but the customer service does not pick up the call. Every time it took us six to seven calls to reach them. Otherwise it was good and couple of kilometers from the major tourist attractions. "

"A great choice for my short stay in Berchesgarten. Close to railway station which was very convenient for me. A short walk into the main area of town which has plenty of dining options. Staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurant was closed during my stay other than for breakfast (which was excellent). "
