"We had a lovely stay at the hotel and was greeted by lovely staff.we raised an issue with sofa bed, the mattress on it were easily felt when laying down and would have been far too uncomfortable for our son, staff did try to solve the issue by offering a second duvet for him to lay on top of mattress which did help somewhat. They said they are in the process of replacing these which I appreciate but feel if they are to be used for time being they are not providing a comfortable stay which I feel...

There were other cars parked on road outside with several parking tickets. Hotel was good but parking would put me off using it again."
