"Need more options for the menu. Kindly inform the staffs that breakfast is included in the cost. The staff mentioned you can check the menu if you need other options. Guess they are not aware that the breakfast has cost as well and the customer covered that it not gratis."

"Helpful staff, very polite security guards. They constantly checked on us and offered suggestions on activities. The food at Gems restaurant is excellent. The sargassum was a little unpleasant but nothing against Sapphire."

"The place was absolutely charming, it is off grid but you wouldn’t really know. It’s got great beach access and loads of great food options around. Secret beach is just down the path and it is the best beach in the island. Jaime is the chef on the property and his food is to die for! Kayla is also very attentive and they both made our stay comfortable. It’s a very boutique hotel experience, not many rooms on the property so you feel like it’s a very personalized experience."

"Snorkeling right there great! Fishing excellent too. Kayaks, fish poles, snorkeling gear all free to use.
Staff hospitality unbeatable!
The service wonderful.
They even arranged puddle jumper plane and boat transfer so fun and snorkeling trip!"

"Kinga was the most welcoming of hosts, she is creating a little patch of paradise and the cabana that we stayed in was blissful. Clean, comfortable, and with the most exquisite views to wake up to. Sad we were only there for one night, I could have stayed a month, thank you so much Kinga for your wonderful hospitality xx"

"5/5 Great stay, amazing service
We had a really great experience at North Beach Retreat. The place was comfortable, well located, and perfect for a relaxing stay.
What truly made the difference was Norman. He was outstanding, very helpful, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was taken care of. It is rare to come across someone that attentive.
He made our stay smooth and stress free, and because of him we would definitely come back.
Highly recommend."
