"Everyone one was great, we had a room with balcony and a fantastic view. Just a short was to the sand down the stairs. Security was awesome (police station two doors down). It’s on a walk street but you can unload at the door (just make sure you get the code to get the car in the street prior to arrival. The village is awesome also. Parking is free on the streets."
"Necesita una remodelación ide inmediato. Las cortinas de baño daban asco. Al
Igual que el baño. La gente de la la recepcion fue amable . No aire condicionado.
Gerne wieder! 😊"
"I can’t say enough, how much we thoroughly enjoyed our four days at this hotel. It is a very unassuming hotel, but the staff are absolutely lovely. The buffet breakfast while not spectacular did the trick every morning. There is always someone cleaning something. The location is absolute perfection. You are about a three minute walk to such a beautiful beach. If you are lucky enough, you will have a room that overlooks that beach. There is a lovely pool area and many options for lounging and...
"Amazing location- gorgeous view- grocery store downstairs was huge. Kitchen was a plus. Balcony was perfect.
When we checked in there was no remote for the AC- sent someone up to give us one. Next day the extra blanket we were using was taken and had to call to get it back. Front desk kept questioning if we looked in different places instead of just offering to bring one up. The next day the kitchen towel was taken and not replaced. Front desk kept questioning if we looked in different...
"Breakfast was very good. Fresh squeezed orange juice, fresh fruit, croissants, cheese and ham, buns. Made to order scrambled eggs and bacon. Tea or coffee of course. Nice clean rooms, a little small, but more than adequate."
"The location is great, close to the beach and restaurants and shops. That was the best thing about this hotel. Staff was very nice, pretty clean. However, our few complaints were we heard doors slamming all hours of the night, so they need to fixed there doors to not slam. Our door did not do that. You can also hear noise all around, the walls I guess are quite thin. Also, our closet door was broken, so we could not open or close it, to use the closet, and you have to pay to use the safe, which...
"The highlight of the hotel was the staff members. Upon check-in, we had some concern with our room and Isabel went out of her way to help us find another unit that would better meet our needs. So far as to ride over to the 2nd building which a was a few minutes away with us to be sure we were satisfied and found it all right.
We had another small issue and the man at reception was quick to accommodate our needs.
The room was generally clean. However, the shower area needs some attention in the...
"The room was clean on the first floor very noisy outside till the wee hours of the morning. The toilet had a hard time shutting off, the shower nozzle was broken. The soap was not filled for 3 days .. generally not the best for people who are not partying all night. The breakfast was decent but the people working in the breakfast area were fantastic the front desk was excellent … kudos for their staff !!!"
"We stayed 5 nights, everything was amazing. The breakfast was great and had a lot of variety. Staff were very helpful with any questions we had. Overall, 5 stars."
