"Loved the hotel, was a great location and easy to get to. Rooms were fantastic and staff couldn’t do enough for you. The only hiccup I would say is the air con was switched off meaning the rooms were too hot and stuffy. I complained but I have since learned that Italian hotels switch off their air conditioning in November because of seasonal heating and cooling regulations. They did provide a fan in the end as it was a particularly warm even in November. The other issue was a beautiful roof...

"Best complementary breakfast have ever had"

"Front desk guy is very helpful, we checked in found out there is no cold water , the toilet is not flushing , they gave us a small plastic bucket to flush the toilet , we stayed for 1 night from our 4 nights booked, they promised that they will fix the problem but it’s Friday so it’s hard to get someone, we end up leaving the next day evening as they have not fix the problem. The guy was pleasantly said you can find another place and will sure you will get the refund, the room is awe full the...

"Great"

"Air conditioning was great, the balcony was a nice addition to our room! Centrally located to major Venice hot spots."

"Es barato y buena experiencia"

"DO NOT STAY HERE! We got here in the afternoon, checked in, and they directed us to another building and different address than which was originally booked. The room looked and felt like a dungeon, walls were smelly, humid, and smelled like mold. WE could not sleep. WE ARE ALSO AN older couple. We went to the office to change the room, and the receptionist was very rude and told us we were aggressive. She was not helpful at all. Save your money and do no book here."

"The hotel was really nice and had a cafe next to it which was perfect when leaving early to explore. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The shower cubical was quite small - no bath. The room had a fridge but would benefit from tea and coffee facilities. The location was ideal, near the church and although about 20 minute walk to the station, it was in a quiet part of Padua and close to the main square for restaurants."

"Great location"
