"My room was like a small loft apartment. Pros: The hotel was conveniently located and comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful. The pool and fitness facilities were good. The free breakfast was plentiful and had a nice variety of food. Cons: The laundry machine was moldy and dirty. The kitchen had only 2 glasses and no dish soap, so I couldn’t wash anything."

"Everything was clean, the property is new, and the breakfast is great. I left two items at the rental property, but they only discovered one of them, and it just so happened to be a pair of expensive yoga pants. When I went to get my first item, they made me wait for approximately 20 minutes. But overall the hotel is great but bad part of town. "

"Tive uma estadia de 17 dias na qual não teria acontecido se não fosse o Ismael (guest relations). No minuto em que mencionei que eu e minha mãe não estávamos contentes com as acomodações ele compreendeu perfeitamente e fez tudo o que estava ao seu alcance pra nos satisfazer. Excelente profissional que desempenha o trabalho com muita dedicação! O hotel oferece um café da manhã e jantar delicioso e variado. Funcionários agradáveis e dedicados. Media hora despues encuentran la reserva y me dicen que tenia que pagar ahi cuando ya lo habia pagado el 100% por la pagina Hoteles.com, Incluso despues de mostrar el movimiento de la tarjeta de credito insistian en que tenia que pagar. 1 hora de espera en recepcion. Luego la habitacion es chica, con olor a Humedad. Sabanas manchadas. Te pica todo cuando te vas a dormir....
