"We reported to the receptionist that the bathroom exhaust fan wasn't working during our first hour of stay and yet it was never fixed at all. Also, it smelled in the hallways - could be because it's an old building."

"reviews misleading ie it says on hotels.com page there is a lift but tripadviser reviews said steps only - i requested lift for my wife, the hotel has an annex with entry via next door with a lift but needs to be requested by phoning in advance. Room also had a kitchenette so fridge, kettle was put to use even with a great breakfast. Also our room was quiet as overlooking the back so no traffic/tram noise"
