"The only reason I gave the staff 3 stars was because one staff member was excellent and that was Fabio the staff member who was just ok was Elena. Fabio went above and beyond to answer our questions and get us what we needed. Elena seemed inexperienced and did not go out her way to help us. She simply answered “I think so” or “I don’t know “ I even had to ask her to look something up for us because she was just going to say she didn’t know and that was it. "Service was okay the reception was very nice helpful. But when in the morning we went to breakfast the lighting was low.so we couldn't see well what was available and the cereal was by the counter and on the table was bread and some cake with no names on the display just for drinks. Just eggs boiled fried and scrambled, toast, sliced cheese and meat slices. Plus...
"Great location, easy access, friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and air conditioned. Good breakfast included. Would definitely recommend. Easy walk to many shops and restaurants, very close to the waterfront."

"Un hôtel qui aurait eu ses heures de gloires à une autre époque. Ce situe au milieu de nulle part. Eau non potable. Accueil digne d'un goulag. Établissement qui tombe en ruines. "
